RBP Advisor opens from the SuccessFactors Admin Center menu (custom navigation entry) in a new window. Sign-in is automatic via SAP Identity Authentication single sign-on — you keep the same user identity you had in SuccessFactors.
Use New Snapshot on the Snapshots panel for an on-demand capture, or configure automatic captures under Admin → Snapshot Scheduler. Every capture records who ran it — a user ID for manual captures, "Scheduler" for automatic ones.
Select any two snapshots and choose Compare Snapshots. Every difference — roles, grant rules, group membership, permissions — becomes a drift event. Drift events can be classified (planned / unplanned) but never edited or deleted.
From RBP Compliance Reports, generate a PDF attestation for any snapshot pair; the Excel workbook provides full detail for audit fieldwork. Report figures always match the underlying record.
RBP Advisor signs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity, consistent with SAP SuccessFactors sign-out policy. Use the sign-in link on the signed-out page, or relaunch from the SuccessFactors Admin Center.
